Shipping policy

Order Processing

Lucky Spot orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. During product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods, rates, estimated delivery dates, and any free-shipping eligibility are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order value.

Estimated Transit Time

Our current domestic shipping options generally estimate delivery within 3–5 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin after processing is complete. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will try to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues

Weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, and other circumstances outside our control may delay delivery. If tracking shows that your package is delayed, missing, or delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. You may also email us, and we will assist with the information available to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
